THE COMPANY

Who is Chasing Unlimited, LLC?

Chasing Unlimited, LLC is a privately held, fully licensed, and insured Nevada corporation. Chasing Unlimited provides on site field inspections of collateral and business operations, updating of current customer information and the re-establishment of direct communication between the customer and our clients.  Our clients enjoy a seamless management service which utilizes a variety of tools and resources designed to increase customer contact, motivating them towards account resolution.  The company is led by a management team with over 30 years of industry experience.

Who owns the company?

This Nevada Corporation was founded and is 100% owned by John Harvey and Gwen Harvey.  Both are involved in the strategic planning, administrative and customer service oversight as well as the hands on execution of the operation everyday either in the office or field.

The company operates from its Las Vegas, Nevada corporate headquarters.

The financial field service industry is a multi-million dollar growth industry.  Leading credit providers in the United States find it essential to improve communication in their key areas of risk management.

Today the company is controlling and operating in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado and Wyoming.

CHASING UNLIMITED FIELD SERVICES

What is the role of a field agent?

As a field agent you will conduct field assignments.  You will be responsible for the timely completion of daily assignments and the accuracy of all online field reports. Although most of your time will be in the field, you will spend time in your home office routing your day and completing reports.

How do you receive and prepare assignments?

All assignments are assigned to you each day via an interactive web site.  Upon receipt of your daily assignments you will print the actual field contact request form with instructions and a copy of the contact letter.  You will verify routing and addresses for credibility prior to heading into the field.

What field support does corporate provide?

Headquarter field management is available from 8:00am to 9:00pm seven days a week to provide support via the phone and internet. We also offer workshops & personal field rep training.

What is the reporting process?

At the completion of your daily assignments you will log on to NCCI's interactive web site and complete a brief but detailed report for each assignment. This information will be downloaded each evening to the corporate staff.

How and why do you take pictures?

Digital pictures with time and date stamp have become an important tool in communicating collateral information to our clients.  You will take one or more digital photos per assignment.  Requirements are dictated by assignment. These images will be attached to your daily field reports.

Is a digital camera provided?

A digital camera is not provided. We recommend the Nikon L18 or L20; this may be purchased from a local retailer. We recommend this camera because it is capable of printing the time and date onto the picture and has the ability to take decent night pictures.

How do you communicate with the corporate staff?

Communications will vary from rep to rep. If you need assistance we are available. From time to time the company will visit you in the field for the purposes of discussing results and areas of opportunities.

What tools are required for our agents to get started?

Desktop computer or laptop, printer, internet access, cell phone, digital camera with time and date stamp, and reliable transportation are the tools required to do the assignments.  High speed internet will provide optimum productivity results.   In our business, technology clearly improves efficiency and ease of assignment completion, within the required timeline.

** While completing assignments properly you will see an increase in your cell phone usage. Be observant of your minutes used and increase minutes available where appropriate.

How is compensation determined?

Field Agents receive payment by a per assignment fee. Fees vary for the different types of assignments, please call the office for specifics.

When do you get paid?

Field Agents must invoice. The work week is from Monday to Sunday. Invoices are processed once a week (Tuesdays). After the invoice is processed payment is generated two weeks later.

Do we require a background check?

To comply with NCCI requirements, Chasing Unlimited submits all potential reps to a seven year criminal background check. This usually takes 3 business days.

FIELD AGENT HOURS AND SCHEDULING

What are our standard work hours?

As your own business you are able to work any days you prefer. The law allows us to work 7 days a week 8am to 9pm (in the field). Some clients will have ‘no Sunday’ rules based off of their criteria. We recommend limiting your Sunday work as most clients will be closed. Chasing Unlimited finds the reps with the best results work evenings during the week and Saturdays during the day.

Is overnight travel required?

From time to time the company will request that you drive to an assignment that may require you to spend a night away from home. We pay $50 towards hotel/motel cost for overnight expenses.

FIELD AGENT SAFETY ISSUES

What safety issues could be relevant?

Safety is a priority for the company.  Good judgment and a professional decorum will serve you well in the field.  From time to time you may encounter certain challenges while in the field.  That might include an inquisitive neighbor concerned with what you are doing in their neighborhood, a customer that feels you are invading their privacy by knocking on their door and taking photos, or a loose dog that could pose a threat.  However, the safety record for our employees is unmatched in the industry. Problems are truly rare and when they become relevant, we always err on the side of your safety.

FIELD AGENT GUIDANCE

What initial guidance can you expect?

You will learn industry standards and all pertinent laws that govern the industry.   You will receive a comprehensive field guide.  We offer one on one training and conference calls. We also offer an on-call number to assist anytime you are in the field.

What do we expect from our field agents?

We expect a professional and positive attitude each and every day.

We expect that all assignments provided to you each day are completed within the company standards.

We expect all reporting to be accurate and of the highest quality.

We expect you to be trustworthy and respectful of our clients and their debtors at all times.

BUILDING MY BUSINESS

How do I know how I am doing?

Statistics are separated into 4 areas; The percentage of the time you make face to face contact with Debtor (DDC), the percentage of the time you get the debtor on the phone with the client (CON), the percentage of the time you are late (Late), and the average time it takes to complete an assignment (Turn). The company standards are:

                DDC       35.10% (or higher)

                CON       15.10% (or higher)

                Late       5.00% (or lower)

                Turn       1.99 (or lower)
